TRANSACT TECHNOLOGIES CHARGES FUTURELOGIC WITH PATENT INFRINGEMENT FOR DUAL PORT TECHNOLOGY

HAMDEN, CT, June 12, 2007 - TransAct Technologies Incorporated (NASDAQ: TACT), a leading producer of transaction-based printers for customers worldwide, today announced it has filed a counterclaim charging FutureLogic, Inc. with patent infringement of U.S. Patent 6,924,903 in the United States District Court, Central District of California. TransAct also filed a motion for preliminary injunction to stop FutureLogic from making, using, selling, offering for sale or importing dual port printers including the GEN2 Universal printer.
