Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 14, 2010, James B. Stetson, Senior Vice President of the Company’s TransAct Services Group, resigned his position with the Company effective June 11, 2010. Mr. Stetson resigned to accept an executive position at a privately-held company serving the chemical, petroleum, and pharmaceutical industries. The Company has begun a search for a replacement for Mr. Stetson's position.
